  • How far in advance should I book?
    For weddings and galas, four to nine months in advance is typical. For executive transfers and airport runs, twenty-four to seventy-two hours is usually enough. Same-day requests are taken whenever a chauffeur is available — call (571) 673-5010.
  • What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
    A fifty-percent deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance auto-charged forty-eight hours before service. Cancellations made fourteen or more days in advance receive a full refund; seven to thirteen days, a fifty-percent refund; inside seven days, no refund. Corporate accounts may invoice NET-7.
  • Do you cover Northern Virginia and Maryland in addition to DC?
    Yes. We operate across the full DMV — Washington, DC, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean and Tysons, Bethesda, and Silver Spring. Airport service runs to IAD, DCA, and BWI.
  • Can you coordinate a multi-vehicle wedding motorcade?
    Of course. We routinely run motorcades for bridal parties, families, and out-of-town guests, with synchronized timing across vehicles and dedicated coordination on the day of service.
  • Is gratuity included?
    Gratuity is not auto-added. A twenty-percent gratuity is suggested at checkout and editable; many clients adjust based on the level of service received.
