We have served the Kennedy Center Honors, embassy national-day receptions, Smithsonian galas, and private fundraisers where the guest list alone is a security brief. Whether you are attending or hosting, we coordinate timing with your venue’s valet team and security detail so the arrival is seamless and the departure is effortless.

Pricing guidance

Event packages start at $185 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Most gala clients book four to five hours to cover arrival, standby, and late-evening departure. Multi-guest coordination is quoted per vehicle.
