Booking

For weddings and galas, four to nine months in advance is typical. For executive transfers and airport runs, twenty-four to seventy-two hours is usually enough. Same-day requests are taken whenever a chauffeur is available — call (571) 673-5010.

You can book online through our reservation form at /book, call us at (571) 673-5010, or email reservations@emissarylux.com. All reservations are confirmed within two hours during business days.

Yes. If you have worked with a particular chauffeur before and would like to request them again, note it in your booking and we will do our best to accommodate. Repeat clients frequently develop a preferred working relationship with their regular driver.

Pricing

Pricing is based on vehicle selection, distance, duration, and any special requirements such as additional stops, wait time, or coordination with third parties. You will receive a transparent quote before confirming your reservation — no hidden fees.

Gratuity is not auto-added. A twenty-percent gratuity is suggested at checkout and editable. Many clients adjust based on the level of service received.

Yes. Corporate accounts receive negotiated rates, consolidated invoicing (NET-7 or NET-30), and priority scheduling. Contact us at info@emissarylux.com to set up an account.

Tolls are included in all quoted prices. Parking or valet fees, when required at the destination, are passed through at cost with no markup.

Vehicles

Our current fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S580 (flagship sedan) and the BMW X7 (executive SUV). Both are current-model-year, fully detailed before every service, and equipped with climate control, ambient lighting, and complimentary amenities. View the full fleet at /fleet.

Yes. Vehicle selection is part of the booking process. Our team will also recommend the best match based on party size, luggage, and occasion.

Every vehicle is provisioned with chilled bottled water and a folded shawl. For weddings and special events, we can arrange champagne, custom signage, or other bespoke touches upon request.

Our current fleet does not include wheelchair-accessible vehicles. However, we partner with trusted accessible transport providers and can coordinate on your behalf to ensure a seamless experience.

Day-of Logistics

Your chauffeur is positioned at the pickup location a minimum of fifteen minutes before the scheduled time. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust arrival to match your actual landing.

Yes. Flight tracking is standard on every airport transfer. If your flight is early or delayed, the vehicle adjusts automatically. No phone call required.

We monitor your flight and adjust in real time. There is no additional charge for delays up to sixty minutes. For longer delays, we will coordinate a revised pickup time at no extra cost whenever a chauffeur is available.

Your chauffeur will meet you at the arrivals curb with a name sign and will have already communicated their exact position via text. For international arrivals at Dulles, curbside pickup at the main terminal exit is standard.

Yes. Additional stops can be added at booking or during the ride by notifying the chauffeur. Hourly charter bookings include unlimited stops within the reserved time.

Weddings

Of course. We routinely run motorcades for bridal parties, families, and out-of-town guests, with synchronized timing across vehicles and dedicated coordination on the day of service. See our weddings page at /services/weddings.

We can coordinate tasteful floral arrangements, ribbon, signage, and a 'Just Married' placard. All decoration is removable and does not damage the vehicle. Please request decoration when booking so we can confirm details with our florist partners.

Most wedding bookings run four to eight hours and include bride/groom preparation pickup, ceremony arrival, photo session transport (if venues differ), and reception departure. We assign a dedicated coordinator for weddings of three or more vehicles.

The BMW X7 offers a lower step-in height and wider rear doors than most luxury SUVs. Our chauffeurs are trained to assist guests with limited mobility, including door-to-door service and assistance entering and exiting the vehicle.

Corporate

Yes. Corporate accounts include negotiated rates, consolidated invoicing, a dedicated account manager, and priority scheduling. We serve law firms, consulting companies, embassies, and government contractors across the DMV. Contact info@emissarylux.com to set up an account.

Absolutely. Standing reservations — daily airport runs, weekly Hill transfers, regular client dinners — are a core part of our service. Recurring bookings receive schedule priority and consistent chauffeur assignment. See /services/corporate.

Yes. We coordinate with corporate travel offices and concierge desks to manage itineraries for visiting dignitaries and executives, including multi-day hourly charters and airport meet-and-greet.

Cancellation

A fifty-percent deposit confirms your reservation, with the balance auto-charged forty-eight hours before service. Cancellations made fourteen or more days in advance receive a full refund; seven to thirteen days, a fifty-percent refund; inside seven days, no refund. Corporate accounts may invoice NET-7.

Yes. Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation. Changes made more than forty-eight hours before service incur no fee. Inside forty-eight hours, rescheduling is subject to availability but carries no additional charge beyond any rate difference.

In the rare event that we cannot fulfill a reservation — mechanical issue, severe weather — we will notify you immediately, arrange equivalent alternative transportation from a vetted partner, and issue a full refund if we cannot provide comparable service.
